Buying a home can be easier using ABC Real Estate, a new company announcing their grand opening in Logan, Utah on Wednesday.
Owning a home is more accessible with our new way of processing, according to Bret Cob, President of ABC Real Estate. We are looking for middle class residents who want to own a home instead of renting. This can become a reality by be coming a resident beneficiary.
ABC Real Estate will be the Gaurnator in supervising your start to owing a home. A settler will provide the home or property for you to live in. This will create credit for the home owner. An Investor Beneficiary will put a down payment on the and in return receive 10 percent APR. The Credit Beneficiary will use their credit for the loan for the home. They will receive monetary assets in return. The resident will make payments that will insure a partial ownership on the home and eventually be able to build enough credit to make a morgage loan.
ABC Real Estate is here to make sure risk is minimal. This will be done by guarantying that the resident will make all payment. ABC Real Estate will make two payments if resident is negligent.
They will handle all paper work so that the process runs smoothly.

I think that your press release was very informative and detailed but the information possibly could have been put in a more sequential order to make it more understandable. The everday language you used was helpful in getting the basics of what the company was doing. You have a spelling mistake at the end, you put Even instead of Evan. Good job, I think this was a well done press release.
Good job Derek, it covored the who what where when ect and was simplified to a language that all could understand which is perfect since your audience is middle class. Good work man!
